Launch Pad
Removes: "Knowing is enough."
I ran ads for a course and people bought it and did nothing. Not because it was bad. Because a course is knowing, and knowing doesn't change anyone. I taught the whole thing again live, on the Saturday calls, so they'd get what buying it from an ad didn't give them. And then I made them do it: four weeks of actually putting it into practice.
What changed wasn't their marketing. What changed was what they knew about themselves. That's Launch Pad, and it's the last thing in the sequence because it is the one that makes the other three real.
Launch Pad is the literal launchpad that rockets are built on top of and then launched from. We are going to build it by doing exercises every day and understanding how we react to the things that we do. Start with the Welcome, read the modules for the week you are in, and do the daily quests. The reading is the knowing; the quests are the rest.

Your four weeks
Week 1: Foundation
"I will say yes and do before anything else." Three daily quests.
Open week 1 →Week 2: Expression
"Difficult things can be done with ease." Five daily quests.
Open week 2 →Week 3: Direction
"I have the freedom to do what I don't want to do." Six daily quests.
Open week 3 →Week 4: Launch
The longest mantra. Same six quests, plus your pinned post and your subreddit.
Open week 4 →The modules
Concept reading. Each week tells you which of these to read.
